Key hints: formulation and use of two - element Graft Adhesive

Thin film integrated circuits are one of the types of integrated circuits. The transistors, diodes, resistors, capacitors, inductors and connections between them are made up of metal, semiconductor or dielectric thin film with a thickness of less than 1 microns. This full film integrated circuit has poor performance and no practical value, and it remains to be further studied. The practical application of thin film integrated circuits is to use resistors, capacitors and other components to be made on ceramic substrates by vacuum coating or sputtering technology, and then connect a single transistor or diode to an appropriate location, and become a complete functional circuit.

So the practical thin film circuit is actually a hybrid integrated circuit. Compared with semiconductor integrated circuits, hybrid thin film integrated circuits have many advantages, such as wide range of components and high accuracy. They are more flexible in circuit devices, but the manufacturing methods are more complicated, and two, the cost is higher.
